
The story of Dynasties, and imperial capitals Morocco is an ancient land whose first inhabitants, according to the latest archeological discoveries, date back to 312,000 years ago. What interests us in this short article is a quick recitation of the developments in the timeline in governance and management that have known the region since the ninth century until the present day، of the Emirates and Islamic states that ruled Morocco. The Idrisid dynasty, in the ninth century, managed to unify northern Morocco, and chose Fez as its capital. Not long after that, the Idrisids lost control of government in favor of the Almoravid dynasty, which formed the first empire that united the present-day Morocco and Mauritania in addition to Andalusia on the Iberian bank.
